Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch You can cancel any order before it is dispatched for a full refund — go to My Account → My Orders or contact us.

After dispatch Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but can be returned per our Returns & Refunds policy.

COD orders Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may limit COD availability on future orders.
